Yes, Jay Ross founded the company back in the late 70's and ran it for a long time until it was sold sometime in early 2000's

Sounds good, staggered engines on the 45 is a good start, stepped hulls next?

I might not mind staggered engines but I refuse to own a Sonic with a stepped hull. Sonic is best known for it's ride quality and great control in rough water. When you start stepping them you will loose that. If you stick enough horsepower in them, they will run fast.

yeah, the Sonics love rough water...about the only time I can beat a high HP cat is when the water is rough :)

386 also available staggered. I would like one with staggered 700's.
$115K for a 31 is a great deal. My 1997 31SS stickered for 128K

It would appear that is with a single, but nothing specific mentioned to confirm. Has there ever been a 31 with a single?

From what I was told, Sonic's name will be changed...

Might just be a rumor.

That would be a shame to change the name.

Now that I look again, it appears the actual MSRP of each model is listed under the engine packages. Not sure how they came up with 117K, unless it's without power.
