Just a comparison but my 31 sonic on the trailer is right at 9 ft to the top of the wing. Just figured this for roof height in the shop I'm building. I would say a sonic without a wing is 7 foot or so.

Not sure if it helps, I had measured a sonic 358 on a triaxle aluminum rocket trailer and it measured 9'1" from the ground to the top of the windscreen. So if you take off about 18", that will get you in the ballpark.

My 37' Baja with radar arch is slightly under 12'. When it used to have a spot light on top, it barely fit inside a 12' door.

I would guess at around 8' keel to windscreen. I'll try to measure this weekend.
