I'm un-sure where to post this to get the most coverage, but as the title states I'm re-rigging an older Sonic that I don't have much history about. I know it had big power at one point and though it had TRS drives. I picked up this boat as hull and trailer with a pile of parts (offshore plates, coolers, trannies and TRS outdrive assemblies).

Last night I figured out that the holes in the transom are NOT TRS holes, look to be something much larger. I will have to re-fill part of the hole and drill new ones. Does anybody have a similar boat so that I could proper measurements as to where to drill the holes? I only want to do this once of course!
