thank you TW720HVY for the heads up on the paint. I have picked what i am doing but i just mite have changed my mind on the color , im going to do my 1st one but in black with carbin fiber , gun metal and with some machined metal looking graphics but im not sure how the black will be in the hot sun and if i will regret it even if it looks bad ass. anybody have or ever had an all black boat???

Never owned a black boat, but always love the way they look. I would think water would instantly dry up and spot on the hot surface and be unbearable to walk on. Maybe just do the sides in black and keep the deck and walkway silver or light gray.

I had a burgandy hull once, and the dried water spots from river water splashing the hull sides always bothered me.

on one of my boats i had black hull side's and you could never keep them clean . you could see dust 10 minutes after a wax , and water spot's all the time other then just after a wax . i hated it , i would never own black on a boat again unless it was just a pinstripe or something small .
