Can someone tell me what brand ladder they are using and post some up close pictures of how it's mounted?

What I have seen is that sonic used a under platform mount like whats on a Baja outlaw swim platform. They mounted them with the bolts going all the way thru the fiberglass, believe they used like a pan head screw. And counter sank the head so you wouldn't snag your foot on it.

The one Jim Diesel is talking about is what I added to my Prowler. It's made by Windline, it's a 3 step telescoping ladder. They are the same as used on lots of Bajas, there is a red button on one side at the bottom of the ladder, push it in to release the ladder and pull it out. I mounted mine using stainless steel carriage bolts so the swim platform was relatively smooth. I'ld suggest pumping some 4200 in the holes, before inserting the bolts. I liked the ladder so much, I had Active Thunder install one on my 33.

I dug up this old pic from the previous owner of my boat. I remember it used carriage bolts. I actually removed it and had the holes filled to clean up the appearance. My tie-bar is now down low by the trim rams, so I use that as a step.
