I've had this Prowler for almost a year now, and still have not seen water yet!! I bought it as a hull only. I'm on my 4th motor for it, and it's 1/2 done now, I keep changing my mind, but this one is it!! I'm going broke!!! hahahah

Yes, thats where I got it from. Nice hull, I guess it had a 502 in it before, I was building a 548 MK IV Bowtie Big block until the machine shop checked deck height and someone cut .060 off the decks, pistons were sticking out the holes, so I had to go buy a Dart block then had that one punched to 4.530 bore and changed my mind due to people told me the stock Bravo one won't hang, so scrapped that idea. I'll save that project motor for a car or something? Next brought the machine shop a Gen V block, had it bored, bought a whole nother rotating assy due to 1 pc rear main, they went to deck it and it would not clean up (it was a marine motor before pretty rusty) Now finally got a Gen VI in the works and almost got the short block done. How much bad luck can someone have. I went ahead and changed the motor mounts to offshore plate style instead of the pedestal mouts. Hopefully one day it will run and get wet!!!

I'm sure it will be cool when and if I ever get it done!! My friend has the same exact boat, but his has a hopped up 525sc motor in it, his is awsome I've rode in it. There is one thing that I might have to drop some more coin on and that is K-Planes and HYD steering, since I'll never make it for this years boating season mybe I need to add them few mod's before droping the motor in it!! I guess thats why the ol' say is true. B.O.A.T. Bring On Another Thousand

Yes that would make more sense, due to the fact I have already spent over $12,000 with me doing all this motor madness!! and I still havent bought the exhaust. Ouch!! After awhile you just turn numb to the whole money thing and just keep going!!
