Default 42 ss

Does anyone know the history of this boat? Judging by the Fl plates on the trailer this was a salty??? I'm not familiar with 1995 bravo 1 drives. Did newer generations have upgrades? Gota love the "blue" upgrade on the valve covers and intake. Weren't "Blue" Mercury engines completely blue? That paint and arch sure is painfull.

I think the blocks were black, valve covers and intake blue on HP500's.
