Make sure you have somebody put the computer on it to verify the run time hours. Also if you intend to make this boat go any faster than it goes now, you should install hydraulic steering. Sonic's had a basic rule of thumb. Anything that would run over 70 MPH automatically recieved hydraulic from the factory ($7.000 option) I ordered a 31SS with 500's they would not build it unless I had Hydraulic steering installed.

I only looked at it briefly as it was way out of my budget. From what I remember it was pretty nice. Check out the pics on their site, they do a prett good job of showing all aspects of the boats they have.

Folks I know the boat. He had it in Hampton, but may have sent it to Grande to more aggressively market it. The owner has a marina, and a boat/RV storage facility on Sunset Creek and other business's in Hampton. I know the owner as have stored my boat there in the past. I also have been on the boat and also he and I ran together to Waterside Marina last year. I believe he brought theboat from Florida as he owned business there and also sold Black Thunder boats for a while there before moving to hampton Va. He is an upstanding person.
Let me know if you want any other info.

I know the boat. We sold it originally when I worked at Full Tilt (out of business now). Might want to get a survey and have the engines checked over real well, inc computer readings. Also check gel coat and paint closely.

Thats true more often than not. I flew to Chicago to look at a 42 once, and rented a car to go to a big dealer there. The boat was a roach, and didn't have the engines I was told it had. Completely misrepresented the boat.
