Those cases are the same as cut outs for car head rests, that is a real odd brand. You have lots of options for 7" screens, search "head rest monitors in housings" and you will find similar units.
I installed a 24" TV in my friends Sonic a few years ago. Through bolted from the back side where a wall mount would bolt to. We found a unit that plugged into a wall, but the little box after ac put out 12v DC. 12V dc is very common for today's electronics. TV wired right into the boat, and has a built in DVD player that works great. The TV was only $130 shipped on amazon

Since we are talking tv's, I have a question. Has anyone wired up a tv in a sonic 358 that didnt come with a TV installed? I'm tired of running the power wire from the bulkhead/closet to the GFI outlet plug on the side by the galley. I was thinking of running power from the TV switch on the power panel board to the bulkhead and install a GFI outlet behind the TV. anyone have any better ideas?
