I have a 2011 31 sonic that is red in color. It was damaged in storage this year and I need the paint code. I have called arrow marine and I was told it is PPG paint but they do not have the code on file. Does anyone here know what paint was used on the sonics? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Find a PPG store/jobber. They have a color match camera called The Prophet. They work well. The store can mix you the formula based on the camera's download. Jeff

that is what we will do ... shame the company has no record of the paint code for a boat that was sold almost three whole yrs ago.......... makes no sense to me but it is what it is.

Any one know the paint code for a red sonic..... no one knows the code at Arrow Marine although Linda has been looking for it but nothing yet. we do not know if the paint is ppg as no one can seem to match it .... any advice would be appreciated.

A good body shop can mix the paint to match. I had the paint fixed on my boat last year (fuel stain). 9 different colors, no codes.

is that the one from rhode island ? maybe the original owner has documentation? ocean performance in old saybrook ct did the delivery maybe they have some info?

If i remember correctly, that boat had solid red on it,non metallic ?
That should be so easy to match up. Any paint store,or body shop should be able to match it in 20 minutes.
Bring it by my shop,and i'll fix you right up.

Just read your post. I thought the same thing finally found a guy with a 35 Baja that said the same thing as you.. It is going to him on Saturday. If I have any issues or if he says otherwise I will contact you Thanks Bondo10

for the record the paint is BMW Red and Porsche Black in case anyone else has this same issue.. PPG paint
