I've seen it for sale for... 3 or 4 years at least! My opinion is most 99-2000 triple are worth 65 k in good condition. This one has 575's... Could bring some more because of those engines, but at the same time, for me at least, it s not worth more because you need to run 93 octane and over! Could always find a gas station with 93 but we all know when it's time to find some in the water it can be a headache! So that is one more reason for me, besides the still too high asking price, why I passed on this boat. Not saying its in bad condition, just not the right stuff for me

A few things going against it:
1. Boat is soon to be 14 years old (heavy/non step hull).
2. 575's are one of the worst motors Mercury has ever conceived (from a maintenance/fuel burn standpoint). I'd rather have 500 efis.
3. Triples and the boat still won't be fast (all the headache and you still don't get the performance)
4. Dated paint/interior unless you are a huge Laker fan!
The 05 45 ended up parted out (big power/#6s) and they still want 40K for the hull. That will be an expensive rebuild, the parts in the bilge easily will exceed the hull value if not double the hull value!
