31 Sonic build question

Does anyone know when Sonic actually started the vacuum build process on the 31's?

Late 2002, all were 2003 model year boats I believe.

Brian you are right I had one of the first ones. I received mine on memorial weekend of 2002. It had a 2003 serial number.
