Default 05 386

Looking at an 05 386 poker run for sale. I have had 2 prior sonics an 01 42' and an 01 358 and was very happy with them. I thought that I remembered hearing that there was an ownership change in the company somewhere after 02-03. I was just wondering if the 05's were still a well built boat?
Any feedback would be great.

2005 should be fine. 02/03s were iffy, especially the 31SS.

As of yesterday, a friend of mine has that 04 in Georgia under contract. It is getting surveyed this week and he plans to drive down and pick it up next weekend. Pretty exciting to have some performance boats coming back to Lake Winnipesaukee.

Is there a speed limit on Lake Winnipesaukee?

Yeah, but at this point if you are smart about it you will be left alone. Maybe that changes next year after Marine Patrol gets this ginormous facility completed that they are building, but the past few years the Governor has been good at plundering their budget for manpower.
