Stress Cracks
#1
Another question from a guy that ask too many questions. ( I've been told )
Just as a reninder I have a 2001 358. I did purchase the boat used and have no complaints about my SONIC. Matter a fact I'TS more than I anticipated. I've owned CHECKMATES, an ACTIVE THUNDER and a 2001 NORDIC. This Sonic is by far the best one of the bunch. Back to my original concern, I've noticed stress cracks along the dash board, to be more specific there at the top of the cabin door, both sides. Stress cracks on the large deck hatch, and some cracks above the rub rail on the port side near the front. Just wondering if these cracks are a Sonic trait or something that I might want to get fixed next winter. Don't mind spending the money to get something fixed but don't want the crack's coming back.
Should I be concerned with these cracks?

I have cracks and have had most of them fixed. I will be watching to see if they come back. No structural problems just cosmetic. I've seen cracks in most all boats but Sonics do seem to more prone to the spider type.
