I might take a ride to New Jersey this week to go look at this 31' sonic...do you guys think the price is fair? The salesman said about 160 hrs...Here is the link. And he said they could work on the price a little.

I think it is far. The only thing is it has 454.It wood be better if it had 502 's.That boat has been for sale a long time .I had one I sold in 4 week's but it had 496ho's .We have one for sale with 496mag's I can e-mail you the pictures if you like .

Beautiful boat, I love the graphics. Nothing wrong with 454`s, maybe you can use that as a bargaining chip though.

I think it's high priced. Should be 10-15k less. Then again the 31ss seems to be at the top of the price category these days, that's just my opinion. And the 26 sonics, 70's to low 80's, they've gotten crazy.

I think this is the best deal that I've found out there recently. The owner of the place that is selling it is a really nice guy! My brother worked with him for storing and servicing his boat.
The guy that owned or owns the boat had it on a lift at harbor island in OCMD.

johnnyd454 I bought my 26 sonic from east coast marine ( jim catagory 5) best deal around ! I looked at the 31 sonic your going to look at and it was real clean you won't be disappointed with the boat or the deal jim will give you! I would have bought it but not ready yet .

26 sonic...thanx for the heads up...I'm sure I won't be disapointed...Jim seems to be a straight up guy. I know if this deal doesn't materialize one will down the road...I have ruled out everything except SONIC!!!
