The weight of gas varies depending on temp. The weight of 1 gal of gas at 72 degrees F is around 6.25 lbs. per gallon. Cooler temp = more dense gas = more wt. Higher temp. = less dense = less wt. So I guess the solution is to live in South where the weather is hotter thus less wt. for full tanks!!

2004 Sonic Prowler F/X : 15 gal of gas, no water, no gear, and no stereo setting on a 26' Myco trailer. **6740lb.

Anyone have a idea of what the trailer might weigh???

I've just learned that the weight increases proportionatly to the increase in road grade when towing up hill!!!!

I also learned that the weight of fuel decreases proportionatly to the increase in fuel prices.

Findings... To counteract these affects, I need to buy a dock and a sailboat!

NOT!
