34 years old and been smoking for 13 years. I started smoking when my baseball career ended and I stopped chewing Beech Nut I was up to over a pack a day for quite a while and started to feel like crap. I set April 3rd as my last day and so far so good
Day 1 is almost over. Using the patch and had cravings but not too bad. I worked, drank coffee, dealt with a bunch of crap at the office and held strong.

Make sure you hide ur patch before U come over, :evilb:
