Txspeedfreak here on OSO organized the Flash Gordon Memorial run along with a couple of others. Off the top of my head I can only remember one charitable organization - the Lake Texoma Association. The big labor day run was a winner take all, but the 50/50 raffle went 50% to charity.
Casey knows how these things are run. I have no doubt he will do it up right........and then some.

I would really like to see something put together. I read somewhere about a weekend some of the E dock crew were talking about boating on Texoma. Seems like it would be a good idea to invite the Houston Guys and Grand Lake guys into a discussion for a central (Texoma being between the two) get together and Fun Run.

BTW, I don't recall any Charities involved in the Labor Day Runs on Texoma ever.
I would like to see them run entirely different anyway. Viper, if you are considering anything on your own, I will help any way i can. If nothing else we can all meet and take a parade lap around the lake...You can all follow me!

Busy COLD day at Texoma today. I had no idea what sort of mess I had. This morning you couldnt tell what brand oil filters were on it, it was so dusty. Fiberglass work with engines installed is a No No in the future. Five hours later and its starting to look like it did. I need to tie up some wires, polish all the aluminum, and a couple other little things, but for the most part, I am ready to RUN!
The front is done. Feels so much more solid. Time for upholstery!
