So where is a good place to take my boat to do have
them rebuild my engine in the Austin area?

I have a 454 Mag.

Thank you

If you have the ability to pull the engine and tear it down, I would recommend bringing the long block to Metroplex Machine in Dallas (972) 222-2296. All their work is done in-house and they are very reasonable. The owner, Rick has a 110+ MPH 25 Talon with a ProCharged 509 that he tunes himself and a split window Vette that had he restored from an ex drag race heritage. It is a piece of art. They built two different engines for me that ran flawlessly for several hundred hours before selling them. I wouldn't take my engines anywhere else.

If you can pull it out yourself take it to Megabucks.
He just redid my 509" and Im pretty pleased with it.
If you cant take engine out yourself take it to Bob at Fullthrottle.
Both shops are top notch.
