Right on, Lakeview was the only place I used to put in before I moved here... fastest access to the open water.

Lake view is nice but $30 for valet is ridiculous imo, great facility but way overpriced...

Nope...... launch is $10.00 Annual pass is $300..and pro-rated from March. this guaranties you a launch when the lot is full.

I took my 38 foot Cigarette twice to Lakeview Marina in the beginning of 2010. They charged me $30.00 each time. $10 per axle. Lake conroe is rough and no sandy beaches. All bulkheaded. Sam Rayburn blows away Conroe, but it is a 2 hour drive from Kingwood, TX. The water is too low this year, don't go to Rayburn. They charge $3.00 to launch at Sam Raburn.

Sorry! I did not know it was under new management. It was totally unfair in the past. That's very good news! I might actually go to Lake Conroe after all. I will be using your launch next time I go. Sorry I bashed your quote!!!!

If its $10 I will give them another shot, I remember paying $5 to launch a jetski which was fair I thought....I just called and was told it is $30 for a valet launch but did'nt ask about $30 for tri-axle's. It is $10 just to use the ramp and launch on your own with your own vehicle.

Top Water grill still charges $5 as do alot of other ramps, its not the amount that baffles me it the reasoning as to why so much at Lakeview.
