It was a pleasure meeting y'all and the Gulf Coast fishing enthusiaists on this weekends toy run.
It was a fantatstic time pulling up the rear of the freight train in my buddy's little boat.
We had a great little chuckle while being overtaken by the group in a light rain on the return trip.
Our cockpit cover gave us a dry and warm little nook up by the dash to watch the powerboats as they overtook us at speeds we couldn't achieve. The skater's pass was wicked cool!!!
I look forward to next years trip and am hopeful I'll have my boat situated for salt water runs.
Thanks for having us with your group.
See ya,
Kelly

Guys, sorry my boat didn't cooperate. I was pretty bummed hearing my port engine making a clanking sound. I will find out soon enough what the cost to repair it will be. Anyhow, It was a good day that went bad for me. I had a few other odd things happen so I decided not to try and test Karma, so I just went straight back to the house. The boat will be up and running for the warmer weather to come and I will be out on the water again. It just sucks when stuff like this happens, but if you play sometimes you have to pay. I am glad eveyone else had a good trip and made it back home safely.
