Well it looks like Tom's going to have the lake's only ramp open for larger boats pretty soon.
He snagged a portable cofferdam, placed it at the end of the dock blocking the existing boat ramp, and has been excavating to deepen and extend it out a pretty good ways. Once a dredger opens up a channel to the buoys it should be great access again.
Hopefully they'll be opening it up soon, there's still some boating left this season before the true winter hits SE Texas.

How did you know I purchased a pair fresh/salt water intercoolers??? I thought it was still a secret, LOL!!!
I was hoping to get them on in time for the Toys for Tots fun run but it looks like we'll be taking my buddy's boat instead.
