There is a small group of us looking at making a trip to either Texoma or Lake Lewisville for Memorial Day 2013. Which lake has a better party cove?
I am leaning towards Lewisville, is it still as good as it use to be? Any thoughts, ideas?

Lewisville has a poppin party cove no doubt....IF you don't mind the fools and the 4-5 different flavors of LEO's on the water. But the lake sucks.
As far as a lake experience, no question TEXOMA.
North Island at Texoma is just as good as Lewisville PC. It gets wild and the "scenery" is awesome, even the boats and lake are nice.

I live on lewisville and it is way low, I wouldn't even think about running anything other than my bass boat with the trolling motor. Just heard today that Texoma was in bad shape too. Might look into grapevine, small lake but still has water!
