I'll be starting Easter weekend at Canyon Lake, 9 ft low, hoping for lots of rain this spring.

97FASTech, I'm looking for a ramp on Canyon Lake that I can launch my 42' Fountain and leave my truck and trailer for the weekend. Can you help?

Little Jacobs Creek ramp is a deep ramp, no courtesy docks though. It is 24 hr ramp and you can leave truck and trailer overnight.

When you turn into Jacobs Creek, you must make an immediate right at the Sunchaser Marine. Turns will be tight for a 42', but large boats have done it before.

Which direction will you be coming from, SA or Austin, or which way on hwy 306 is best for you? Recommend coming in from I-35 via New Braunfels (sp).

Here is a link for all ramps:

Give me a heads up, in case I'm out there for the weekend and can give you hand.
