I've reserved an 'offsite' 2 bdr condo through Kemah Boardwalk Inn. It's not on the water but should work out. It's about 6 blocks from the boardwalk.
I called the Kemah Boardwalk Marina and they quoted me a slip at $1.50 per boat foot. That's uncovered but has shore power, fresh water and behind a security access gate.
We're planning to arrive Thursday afternoon and tow home Sat night.

The location has changed this year for all the Texas Outlaw Challenge events. All events will be held in Kemah, on or near the boardwalk area. They will not be doing anything at Endeavour in Seabrook this year. From what I've heard, parts of the Kemah Boardwalk streets will be closed off for a big street party like on Duvall St. in Key West or LOTO. I think this is a good move on the part of the event coordinator.
