Having been here forever, I may have lost sight of the "must see's."

The whether looks good this weekend, so it really depends on what you are into.

Where part of town are you staying in?

Go to gas monkey bar and grill for a drink. No eye candy but cool bar.

I was in Dallas this past June for business and asked the same question. Couple guys chimed in and said to check this place out.

Me and a Buddy went over and it was nice, seating outside overlooking the water. Didn't see any high performance boats but the girls weren't bad to look at!

Not much at all in the way of performance boats in the whole DFW area of boating even when the lake levels were high enough. Lake levels being low year after year has really hurt boating in the area. The Ft. Worth Zoo and the Omni Theater in Ft. Worth are 2 good places to visit if you get a chance to head 25 to 30 miles west of the heart of Dallas.

Agree with the Gaylord and if a good band is playing at the GC. Also head to Arlington, visit the GM plant for a tour and not from that is Dallas Cowboys stadium & the Texas Ranger baseball stadium. I am not a fan of either, but the stadiums are really nice. The Dallas Cowboys stadium has some nice art work. I think the total cost was 2 billion for the DC stadium.

You can always go downtown and see the "grassy knoll" where JFK was shot. Not much to see, but interesting to be in that spot no doubt.
