Will there be anyone enjoying the 75º weather tomorrow on Conroe?
Thinking about hitting the water sometime after lunch before the rain and cool weather makes a return. Our boat has been couped up too long and we are looking to stretch her legs.

Hey Rick, looks like it could be a great day out on Conroe today and bet there's lots of boats out today. Just be sure and check the traffic reports if you come I-45 as I think I heard about some all weekend closures.

If you see a white 26OL with a red transom that'll be us.
Thanks Keith for the heads up and I will be sure to check I-45... my least favorite highway in this city.

You could always go to the east end of the dam where you will see a beach area and anchor out there. You will see other's doing the same. For sightseeing, cruise west of the dam where you will pass most all of the establishments Lake Conroe has to offer. Papa's On The Lake, Wolfies, then you get to the Waterpoint Marina where there's Sams Boat, Akashi, Fajita Jacks. Then idling past this west you will come to The Back Porch, Starbucks, and a McDonalds. I think I got em all.
