Default Home Improvements businesses up here

Anyone own or refer a Aluminum siding or composite siding company for homes. Half the house is brick and the rest is panel wood with wood trim. Want the wood gone and siding in its place ( I think). Any info to help what to look for and what not to buy would be helpful to along with pros and cans doing siding. Thank you for your time and any info. Location DFW area.

Look into James Hardi or MaxiPlank siding. My bro used to work for JH...good product that will not rot or crumble. I can get you name/ph# of a good remodeler in the Dfw area....just pm me if interested

This is the 3 rd time for Hardi we heard to use. Thanks for your time and reply. I might have to hit you up for a installer / construction person(s).

Ive almost finished building a guest house and used it. Bought it pre primed and then painted with Sherwin Williams and couldn't be happier.

Back of my 2 story house has hardi on it. Three trees against the house during Hurricane Ike and only one board broke, the rest got repainted and show no sign of the abuse.

I have a 20yr old house. I've owned for 11yrs. Hardi on the back side. No rot. No issues. Still strong.

Thanks for all the info. I passed all of this on to the BOSS. She does a great job around the house and have her looking into this rather than the siding. I would think this is a lot cheaper than siding as well. If there is anything else let me know. Thanks again.
