Default Storage at Texoma

Does anyone store around the south side of Texoma? I am really not enjoying lewisville like everyone has stated and the storage costs are outrageous.. I just bought a house in Frisco so the drive wont be as bad once we move.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks

I have been at The Boat Hut for years. Maybe nicer than you need, but I like concrete floors and driveway, power etc.

Not sure what area you consider the "south side," but there are two different storage facilities in Cartwright on the OK side of Denison damn, can't miss them. Coming from TX, hang a left after the damn and they will be on the right after first intersection. Not sure what rates are but I was only paying like $65 10 years ago for 40ft with rock floor that would hold water......The other place has concrete floors and last I checked was like $150 (10 years ago) for concrete 50ft double door pull thru units.
