I’m getting back into another power boat after 2 years. I’m downsizing but this will be my first cat, a 21’ Challenger.
I’ll be picking it up south of Nashville on October 2 or 3.
I’m not crazy about boating in a new to me boat, with no other boats, at a place I’m not familiar with but it would be nice to check out a place where I’ve never been if the weather is nice. Maybe a short ride to a good restaurant on the water? Being during the week, I’m not expecting much to be going on.
Thanks for any suggestions.

OLD Hickory Lake.
Really good food and a nice launch.
Stay between the chanel markers.
There is a sandbar not too far from Sams , it`s called 2 foot... GPS would help to see where the shallow spots are .
Sams is in the backround , and 2 foot.
