I'm shooting to be in the water at Haulover ramp by 10:30. I might cruise down south of Rickenbacker and back just to go for a ride, or if it's nice outside maybe go out there. Either way should be ready to throw anchor around noon-ish.

You guys have VHF? I'll probably be on 69...

Jim, we were BSing a little about that today. I've never been across, but seems like Bimini would be close enough to even do a day trip. Would have to be a lot nicer than today's conditions...something like in the attached pic would make a nice trip (yes, that's the ocean).

Yea I really got get up north.... In regards to Bimini my brother travels over alot to go fishing....on a nice day his boat only reaches about 48knots and he gets there in about 1hour or so....just something to think about.......from what i thought i might have heard there is a place to stay like motel of some sort.....the problem is you need to have perfect weather days for going and coming back!

i didn't go to haulover today " sunday" but i did get out to watch the first half of the race. water was flat .
i was looking for that sutphen but i didn't see you guy's anywhere ..there's alway's next weekend
