any Marinas down there that are power boat friendly? Dry storage, wash racks etc? . Any good places to eat accessible by boat or cool places for a destination?

Savannah's riverfront is lined with bars, motels, and restaurants, and has some dockage. There are several marinas to the east toward the ocean.
