I'm shifting my focus for real estate slighly more south. What areas are great on the gulf side for a true boating lifestyle? I'm interested in condo/marina setups or townhomes with water access. Any suggestions? Fort Meyers area? Cape Coral? Naples? Any new developments in the works for speculation buying?

Lots of great boating here. Real estate is a bargain now. Lots of on water properties in the Cape.
