Curious has got the best of me..
Where is a good ramp to launch a 38KV Scarab in the Crystal River area? Any good places to boat, tie up to? just screwing around for the day?
Thanks-in-advance!

-Oh well.
I went anyway and it SUCKED. The ramps are small, it was low tide and lots of Pontoon and Jet Ski Nazi's all over the place. Pete's Pier was said to be the best, but the Pimple faced kid running the bait shop said there ramp has a huge drop off now, and not to try it.
Forget Fort Island. Both ramps were a no go.
<SIGH>

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. I definately would have discouraged u from wasting your time. It can be a fun place but not real friendly to a boat of that size. I know a couple of guys there with big Cigs. I believe they launch at Ft Island Trail when they are local. They mainly go out of town. PM me if u get the urge to do the west coast again. A little south of CR starts getting real fun.
