Took 4 neighbors out a week ago. Went all the way to Hontoon docks. We were going further (it's now 3o) and one of us remembered the parked closes at 5:30 and the guy at the docks said it would take 2 hours to get back. Rather a quick trip back. Didn't like all the slow zones, but scenery was ok (the first time).
We'll need to hook up sometime. Oh, also got a ticket for one too few life jackets ($88). Officer said, we saw you coming down 17/92 and across the bridge. Think I was profiled??

Now thats funnyy!!! This time of year does suck on the river due to the manatees. Its in effect until March, really have to tow up to 44 if you want to run north.
Did you stop at Blue Springs and see the manatees?
