A little off the direct topic but here goes:
I was thinking of getting a winter condo there but would like to know if there is anywhere to store a 47 Fountain on the trailer (preferably with fresh water launch to wet launch it)

I have never used it, but there is a launch, not sure if it can handle a 47, Angel was launching his 24 there before he got the aluminum trailer.

Launch the boat in fresh water and come back to fresh water so the seawater is flushed out of the seastrainers, lower units, drive showers, motors, riser jackets, etc. so flushing the motors when up on the trailer is less of an ordeal

hardly fresh water, but there is only ONE ramp up the Miami River that might work, really doubt it's clean fresh water your looking for...

Clean fresh water in the Miami river? doubt that very much...Have had boats there all my life...Not as clean as it should be..but, it is fresh water..

I don't mind the pollution. That's not caustic to the motors and drives like seawater.
