Default moving to tampa area

I will be moving to the tampa area in late march. just wondering where some good places to stay (cheap hotels) untill I find find a place to live. I will be working at the airport so i what to stay close to that area. oh yeah...I will be bringing my donzi 28zx

Dont stay in a "cheap Hotel" in Tampa, trust me!!!

There are alot of hotels around the Westshore Blvd/airport area. I have been to the Double Tree in that area and have noticed alot of airline personel there. Embassy Suites is also there. There is also a Holiday Inn on Dale Mabry that is near the yankee facility. Its 4 minutes from the airport. I have used Priceline to stay in that area and got GREAT Deals. Hope this helps.

look on craigslist for a home.. i'm moving there too and you can do a search for "dock" and get a nice place for 1200-1400 month to rent with deep water and pool

Check out Sailport @ Rocky Point. No slips but nice place on the water and reasonable.
