Where is the best area in SE FL to take a boat to go party?

Just looking for the basics...

Younger crowd (under 30), Not all dudes, No gangs (well you know what I mean)...

Heard Boca Lake was good, also Beer Can Island. Any others and how are those two?

Lake Boca, Peanut Island, Elliott Key, Holiday Isle, name your place and we will meet up. What boat do you run, we have quite a crew down here, everything from small outboards to staggered 38 guns.
