Depends where in Florida? I have major sound problems with the law on the Great Lakes but have never been hassled in Tampa Bay.

Good question!

I got pulled over for a No Wake violation in a zone where it is OK to be on plane at "certain" times last month by the Fish And Game yahoo and he wanted to fine me for a noise violation as well. Nobody has ever said a thing in Delray, Boynton or West palm...

I did research online but cant find anything definitive for a particular area.

immoving to Ft. Myers are and expect most of my boating will be in that area , however plan to travel and see some new sights
