gc license? or county? shouldn't be that big a deal. just need to study for the test.
bonita is the way to go. the cape was good back when the river had no speed limit. the 25 mph limit killed the river, atleast for powerboating.
theres a FREE public boat ramp (4 wide) just north from bonita beach. theres several commercial storage areas availible for boat storage. don't know about the 93. i trailer so i fuel up at the gas station. as for rack storage, your going to pay a premium, theres a few of them along bonita beach road before it turns north and heads towards ft myers beach. problem is any of the rack storage places located close to the gulf are going to be more $$$. for instance the ones along bonita beach rd or up in the cape are going to take quite awhile to get out into the gulf.
as for warehouse space, you shouldn't have any problem. talked with a realtor friend about month ago, and she said bonita area has about 40% vacancy rate on commercial.

There are 22 State that require Licenseing and Florida is the hardest to get through. From November through February I worked full time on getting the license. The test was easy, I got that done way back in the beginning. The system there is designed not to qualify for licensing. Currently I have my insurance agent trying to do an package that would include two businesses here and two more in Florida. As soon as I see that quote then I can begin to move forward again, however I expect I will have to hire an attorney got actually get it completed.
Thanks for the info. Everyone has been very helpfull with some great advice.
