Can anyone give me some info on Tampa/Clearwater area condos? At this time I am specifically looking at Westshore Yacht club in Tampa and Grand Bellagio in Clearwater. I have seen some listings for short sales. Looking for an investment/rental. It looks like certain Tampa area housing prices have been hit very hard. Are there any other places that I should be looking at?
