Sold our house in Englewood isles last April. We had it listed with an agent on 776 right outside of development. They were not doing a lot of showing and were very bad about returning phone calls. We switch to this guy http://stancolwell.remax.com/?ref=200&vid=604339636. He got the house sold in short amount of time. We live in NY and didn't even have to go to the closing. He answers his phone and returns phone calls and e-mails right away. Good luck the market is very soft in that area. Work fast the snow birds will be heading north in March

I had an experience similar to yours, except my change didn't result in a sale. I will give them an e-mail today thanks. I know the market is way down but maybe someone will at least see it and get them thinking. I appreciate your imput
