Looking to rent a condo/house with a boat slip on the Gulf for the week of Thanksgiving. Probably going to stay away from panhandle, looking for some warm weather! Just looking to soak up some sun and drink a case or ten...
Any suggestions. Not looking to break the bank either...

You might be surprised what you can find down here in Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach. Check Craig s in South Florida for waterfront homes for rent.
I can guarantee it will be warmer than where you are...unless you are already here.

If you want quiet and relaxing check out Palm Island. Small island just south of Englewood, wide variety of accommodations in the resort or plenty of houses for rent. Great beaches and gorgeous water but island is accessible by boat or the island barge so not a party spot.

Great choice! I was in Sarasota bay a week and a half ago. Ran the Gulf from Big Pass up to New Pass and was like glass. Check out O'Leary's at Marina Jacks and look up Philipi Creek oyster Bar. yumm... Also Cortez Marina up by you has great sunsets, drinks and food.
