I was on Lake June almost weekly last year. I have a 30ft boat which is too big but not a problem. Mostly fish boats and toons there. Bishop Park has a nice ramp and dock and there are miles of canals with homes lining them.
Awsome clear water (not tannin) and white sand bottom. Great hangout/sand bar near canal entrance.
I used it as a wash rack everytime I'd been in the ocean while staying in Sebring..

I have a 30 foot, is there enough room to boat with it?

Yea, I think it's 3 miles across. miles of canals off the north end by the sandbar.
But from there you are 90mins from either coast too
