6-12 month rental wanted Tampa/Clearwater/St.Pete area
Moving to the area and we are seeking a 2+ bedroom, 1.5+ bath property (house, condo, townhome, etc); Ideal situation would be with a dock and lift. Must have washer & dryer. Prefer to stay under 1800/month. Very open to location including the beaches. We have outstanding credentials with a flawless (documentable) rental history.
