Despite my running out of fuel issue and having to leave quick to go get our wives squared away with the storm that popped up, it was good to see everyone again and meet some new people as we'll.
Thank you Tom for being a gracious host and hope we can all get together again some time for another run.

I had a good time for sure. Nice to meet others on the lake and ride around as a group. Pretty cool seeing other boats jumping in as we are stroking down the lake. We will do it again for sure. I will work on a few ideas to gather a few more to join us. I believe we snagged a few pics (phone pics)and will get them posted up.

Great time running with the big boys, can't wait to join the group again. I had to head back home just before we got to the bridge heading south. Did anyone else notice that small helicopter following the lead group?

Papps, glad you could make it. The helicopter was Boat Pics. I have seen it around the lake quite a bit lately. They take your picture including your registration # and try to sell you pictures at a fairly high price, I understand.

Ok everyone, September is almost on us, and after the holiday weekend, the year only has a few more go-fast weekends left until it's time to break out the pontoon for the slow-cruising Fall... (ha)
So, this is a bump to gauge interest on a mid-Sept weekend on Lanier. I've sorted my fuel issue and I'm ready to roll into the throttles again.
