We were just down for memorial weekend/week... Slightly disappointed in the show this year as we go every year. it was only maybe 7 minutes long?
We kicked around the idea again for July fourth but finding a place to stay has been the trick, as you know with a boat it sucks trying to get around in traffic and not much option to leave it on the water for the weekend.

I am actually new to the panhandle, do you have a usual launch around Destin? Lighthouse Marina in PCB wants $300 to forklift in and out. I'd like to be around Destin next weekend. Any info on the area would be great. Thanks

I'll be in Alaska visiting my family. It never gets dark this time of year so there are no fireworks shows. Private fireworks are illegal in most areas because of all the wilderness. I'll be going to the Bear Paw Festival though.
