i haven't heard the whole story yet myself, just know the new owner decided to put the judge on its side and the judge threw them out of court....

I heard they where playing around with a 50 foot Sea Ray and jumping the wave's. It was there friends Sea ray and just showing off ......... Not good !

Saw the boat in Poweboat Mag. this has to be prior to the accident. I can't see them re-doing the boat for a test boat trial.

I was surprised at the 101mph they recorded on that boat. I thought the boat ran around 108-110mph? Beautiful boat, hopefully it was not destroyed.
