Default 36 Spectre Poker Run vs 35 Motion

If any one has ridden in either what would you guys recommend? How does a 36 handle in the rough or ride at 120+. Thanks

Spectre 36 handles awesome in the rough and runs 120 like on a set of rails. Have never ridden in 35 motion but have heard that it is a decent boat. The 36 Spectre is 1foot wider allowing it to pack more air, and also provide more stability at high speed.

I heard that the motion came first and was splashed off a 32 skater. Jay Pilini and another guy owned motion and they had a falling out and Jay left motion to start spectre which he used a 35 Motion hull, widened the tunnel and stretched it a foot. If you look at both boats side by side you can tell they are very similar. Motion was sold a couple of years ago. The older 35's have a 2 step bottom. The new boats are a 4 step design. If you want to know all the facts just call Larry Goldman at Xtreme Marine in north Miami.

No it didn't. Jay did own Motion. They stretched a 32 skater and it became the 35 Motion. Then Jay left Motion started spectre and just widened the boat and lengthened it a bit. Put the two boats side by side. They are almost identical.
