Hey bonecrusher,I originally rigged and sold that boat.It originally had mdg540-600 bravo xr,ran about 112-114 would have gone faster but 1.5 ratio was only one available at that time,ran36pitch 6000.New paint job looks wild, also like mods to windshield. What engines are running,I know previous owner installed whipples and got her running strong.

MDG Performance,
Running the same 540 MDG motors with 3.3 whipples he redid them prior to me getting the boat and it runs pretty good but it had some small 10" or so with about and 1 1/2" rise round air cleaners on it so it limited air flow. He was unable to get a bigger unit with the scoops but I'm going to install large oval air cleaners and cut open top of scoop and let the air cleaner stick out. By the way do you have any of the air cleaners that said "Spectre" on them still?
It has xr's with Max Worx internals which are a weak link if running hard out of hole, so I get on plane pretty gently to save money. Thought about putting the new HT Bmax on but I think the lowers will still be weak. Any suggestions MDG? I will put up more photos as they come.
The windshield turned out great and looks awesome and should function nicely. Beats getting wind in the face all day.
Thanks Jerry

The ht bmax has a very strong upper but the lower is basically a beefed up bravoxr,I think the b-max will hold up well in your application but you will probably have to replace the lower gears after around 100-125hrs.Your engines are probably making around 800hp and cats run high x-dimension which are hard on lower gears.I think dean at bravo shop is working on a lower unit with bigger gears.Tho other option is to convert to a konrad or imco1000 which would require some re-rigging.Ther is one 36 spectre with Konrads running 900hp and the last time i talked to him everything was holding up well, I heard imco had problems with there 1000 but are working the bugs out of it
